Though Abram may no longer walk beside us, his memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Abram touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Henry Penner and Maria Penner; his wife Helen Berg; his sons, Melvin (Nita), Joshua (Mandi) and Tyler (Rylynn); his granddaughter Jessica; and his sons, Karl Noah (Shelley) and Leonard. He was also cherished by 4 sisters and 3 brothers.
Viewing was held on Monday, January 20th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Wiebe Funeral Home - Winkler (121 8 St, Winkler, MB R6W0M1). A burial was held on Tuesday, January 21st 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Chortitz Community Cemetery. A memorial service was held on Tuesday, January 21st 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Winkler Sommerfeld Mennonite Church (189 2 St, Winkler, MB R6W3N2).
