He was predeceased by: his parents, Elisabeth Bjorklund Smith and Birger; his stepfather William Smith; his siblings, Ivan, Richard and Ruth Siddle; and his siblings-in-law, Edith, Patricia Grandbois, Marion Waugh, Lorne Zenert, William Brown and Tom Siddle.
He is survived by: his wife Joyce; his children, Jo-Anne, Deborah (Trent Fettig), Bonnie (George Bruce) and Shaun (Shelly Pizzey); his grandchildren, Stuart (Elizabeth), Jocelyn (Eathan), Kaitlyn, Ethan, Jesse, Meadow and Elijah; his siblings, Clifford (Viviane), Esther Zenert and Lorna Brown Mattila (Doug); and his siblings-in-law, Grace and Albert Grandbois. He is also survived by many foster children, nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
