He was loved and cherished by many people including: his grandfather Lolo; his parents, José Taruc Sr. and Rebecca Malgapo Taruc; his parents-in-law, Judge Flaviano Agpalza Sr. and Jovita Agpalza; his siblings, Alberto Taruc, Teresa Taruc, Mario Taruc, José Taruc Jr. (Joe), Tony Taruc, Horazio Taruc and Olive Taruc; his parents-in-law, Laura, Allan Ledger, Fe Ebora, Bernadette Agpalza and Fermina Tolentino; his wife Hester Taruc; his children, Rebecca Joy (Oliver), Joseph Paul (Daniela), Jake Matthew and Jovy May; his grandchildren, Isabella Marie, Ryan Joshua, Elijah Samuel, Nathaniel Elliot and Elizabeth Ava; his siblings, Resty Taruc (Rose) of Toronto, Cristina, Chona Tecson (Arnel) and Philippines; and his parents-in-law, Annie Agpalza, Napoleon Ebora, Ezra Agpalza (Sita), Alicia Pogson (Robert), Allen Agpalza (Alicia) and Janet Sangalang (Gabriel) of Orlando. He was also cherished by his numerous nephews and nieces.
Funeral arrangements: Due to the current COVID-19 gathering restrictions, in-person attendance at the viewing and burial locations will be a private viewing.
