He was predeceased by: his wife Vienna; his parents, Helen Black and Frank Black; and his sister Jean Langan. He is survived by: his brother Eric Black (Diane); and his sons, Neil (Debbie), Dale (David) and Craig (Diana). He is also survived by 4 grandchildren and 5 great-grandchildren.
