He was loved and cherished by many people including: his children, Don and Brenda (Barry); his grandchildren, Derek (Vanessa), Chris (Monika), David (Jynelle), Amanda (Paul), Nicole (Jeremy), Kyle (Amanda) and Crystal; his close friend Marilyn Page; his siblings, George, Areen and Nellie Allen; his son Barry (Sandy); his brother Everett; his parents, Gerrit Mulder (George) and Dirksje Bezemer (Daisy); and his wife Velma Lydia Stople (Val). He was also cherished by numerous nephews and nieces and many friends.

In lieu of sending flowers, the family requests memorial donations be made to the John Black Foundation or a charity of your choice in Dick's name.
