He was predeceased by: his son Cecil Jr.. He is survived by: his wife Laura (Appelle Valley); his children, Keith (Joanne) and Darlene; his grandchildren, Mark, Dave, Garrett, Keith, Maria and Ashley; and his sister Martha.

A celebration of his life where we can gather with family and friends will be considered once COVID restriction are eased.
