She was predeceased by: her parents, Paul Kolbuck and Mary Kolbuck; her daughter Elizabeth Skuba; her siblings, John Kolbuck and Katie Chudy; her brother-in-law Bohdan Chudy; and her nephew Ron Chudy.

She is survived by: her daughters, Julie and Patricia (Larry); her granddaughter Laurel (James); her great grandchild Catherine; and her sister-in-law Elsie Kolbuck. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, and cousins.
