He was predeceased by: his parents, Alois Ohanka and Anna Ohanka; his siblings, Emil Ohanka (Mary), Emily Baleja (Roy), Irene Kiesman (Bill), Rose Oleksuik and Helen Chimilowsky (Walter); his parents-in-law, Stan and Valerie Kovar; his brother Rudy; and his siblings-in-law, Geraldine Kovar and Eric Green.
He is survived by: his wife Mary; his sister Stephanie Dowling (Dwight) of Calgary, AB; and his siblings-in-law, David Oleksuik of Hope, BC and Ella Green of Treherne, MB. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews & extended relatives.
