He is survived by: his wife Pam; his parents, Barbara Crockatt and Russell Crockatt; his daughter Paige Anne; and also, Tina (Cory), Joedy (Kim), Tannis (Gerald) and Cindy (Steven). He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, nephews and friends.
