It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Katherine (Kay) Swack (Vita, Manitoba), who passed away on May 18, 2020, at the age of 96, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband Michael Swack. She is survived by: her children, Yvonne Mitchell (Tom), Irene Wilson (Bob) and Terry Swack (Linda). She is also survived by her five grandchildren and six great grandchildren.
Due to Covid19 regulations, a private family service was held Thursday, May 21, 2020 at Korban Funeral Chapel with interment at Brookside Cemetery following the service with Father Isidore of St. Nicholas Ukrainian Church.
