He was predeceased by: his parents, Cheryl and Reg. He is survived by: his wife Christina Hume; his sons, Alexander and Nicholas; and his siblings, Reicie Averill, Tim, Ron and Dan Averill (Tracey). He is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, niece's and nephews, as well many friends.
