He was predeceased by: his son Robert Allen McNeill. He is survived by: his significant other Leona Stadey; his daughter Bev Scott; his grandson Gordon Owens; his great grandchildren, Karlie and Jessie Owens; and his great great grandchildren, Nikolai Stinn and Victor Thompson. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
