He was predeceased by: his parents, John and Margaret; his brother Bill; and his siblings-in-law, Irene Nattrass and Cyril DeTimmerman.

He is survived by: his wife Sandy; his daughter Robin; his son-in-law Rod Gates of Treherne, MB; and his sister Margaret Rose DeTimmerman of Treherne, MB.

Friends that so desire, memorial donations can be made in Noel's memory to the Treherne Bowling & Billiards, Box 237, Treherne MB R0G 2V0 or to the Alzheimer Society of Manitoba, 10-120 Donald St. Winnipeg, MB R3C 4G2.
