He was predeceased by: his parents, Keitha Mifflin (Nee Peters) and Jack Mifflin. He is survived by: his wife Dallas; his grandchildren, Gage (Karlene), Tyler, Keagan, Bella, Jayden and Caleb; his siblings, Linda, Ron (Sandra), Chris (Shelly), Brad (Jackie) and Rick (Louise); his father-in-law Verghl Torgerson; and also, Step, Chris (Jessica), Paul and Marilyn.

In lieu of flowers, Donations may be made to the Northern Health Foundation in care of the Northern Health Region in memory of Scot Mifflin.
