He is survived by: his mother Lenorah Fitzpatrick (Nick); his brothers, Neil Pennell (Tracy) and Robert Pennell (Katherine); his grandmothers, Rose Pennell and Gladys Price; his father Roland Pennell (Bob); and his grandfathers, Roy Pennell and Eldred Price. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
