He is survived by: his wife Janet; his son Michael (Janet Smook); his grandchildren, Olivia, Charlotte and Daniel; his daughter Katherine (Beavis); his grandchildren, Taylor, Reese and Gracie; his daughter Jamie Abele (Doug Moose); his grandchildren, Alexis, Lucas and Keaton; his son Adam (Amanda Smook); his grandsons, Elliott and Tanner; his brothers, Nicholas (Colleen Smook), Ted (Vivian Smook) and Bob Smook; and his godchildren, Cory Huhtala, Braden Paulic and Kelsie Paulic. He is also survived by numerous extended family members and many friends.
