She was predeceased by: her husband Dave; her parents, Mathew Kotelko (Mike) and Mary Kotelko; her parents-in-law, Tom and Mary Crockatt; and her siblings, Bill Kotelko and Joan Kotelko.
She is survived by: her children, Gail Sorenson (Ted), Terry Lazark (Don), Joanne Muller (Jim), David Crockatt (Moira), Greg Crockatt and Patricia Crockatt; and her sisters-in-law, Eileen Crockatt and Pat Kotelko. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.
