Family and friends must say goodbye to their beloved Marion Louise Kernested in Teulon, Manitoba, who passed away at the age of 79, on December 29, 2024. Though Marion may no longer walk beside us, her memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Marion touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. In her absence, her spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.
She was predeceased by: her significant other Gordon. She is survived by: her siblings, Elaine (Barry) and Jim (Mae); and her sons, Carl (Adrienne) and Leigh (Candace). She is also survived by numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren.
A funeral service was held on Tuesday, January 7th 2025 at 10:30 AM at the MacKenzie Funeral Chapel (433 Main St, Stonewall, MB R0C2Z0).
