He was predeceased by: his significant other Lois; his parents, Alex Persoage and Frances Persoage; his sister Irene Persoage; his niece Kim Moore; and his parents-in-law, John and Anne Skwarek.

He is survived by: his sister Alice Persoage; his daughter Kelley Persoage (Aryan); his granddaughter Megan Farrokhi; his son Michael Persoage (Sherry); his grandchildren, Alex, Brianne (Brandon) and Austin (Beth); his daughter Lesley Philippot (Bob); his granddaughters, Alexandra (Tyler) and Tianna; and his siblings-in-law, Margie and John Kadynuik. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and cousins, and numerous friends.
