He was predeceased by: his wife Anne Malyk; his parents, Bill Malyk and Mary Malyk; his brothers, Victor and Tommy Malyk; and his sister-in-law Elizabeth Malyk.
He is survived by: his sister-in-law Jean Malyk; his nieces and nephews, Cory Kress (Jack), Cheryl Zelenitsky (Myles), Loreley Harder (Wendell), Anthony Malyk (Diane) and Andy Malyk (Millie); his great-nieces and great-nephews, Stefan Malyk (Natalie), Taryne Barkwell (Tom), Danica Zelenitsky, Michael Zelenitsky, Alexandra Kress, Nick Kress, Krista Malyk, Katrina Malyk, Austin Harder, Vicki Harder and Ellie Harder; and his friends, Delores, Alice, Kit, Donnie and Diane.
