He was predeceased by: his parents, Maria Unruh and Abe Unruh; and his siblings, Mary Kessler, Helen Kessler, Ann Delbridge, Katherine Dyck, Susan Dyck, John and Cornelius Unruh.
He is survived by: his sisters, Margaret Jansen, Sarah Johannsen and Eva MacMillan (Harvey). He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
