He is survived by: his wife Lesley; his children, Patti (Warren), Derek (Angie), Jeff (Kelley) and Scott (Jaclyn); and his grandchildren, Taylor, Ali, Sara (Keenan), Kash, Matthew, Emma, Sawyer, Mason, Bennett and Greyson.
