He was predeceased by: his parents, Emanuel Nelson and Myrtle Nelson; and his son Randy Nelson. He is survived by: his wife Deanna Nelson (Edinger); his sons, Steve Nelson (Anna) and Vance Nelson (Korelei); his grandchildren, Lisa Nelson-Fries (Carl Fries), Matthew Nelson, Leslie Nelson, Chelsa Nelson, Emily Nelson, Hope Nelson and Zoe Nelson; and his great grandchildren, Isaiah, Isabella, Layla Dick and Jordan Nelson. He is also survived by family members and friends.
