She was predeceased by: her daughters, Johnna and Delmarie; her husband Jack Blair; her parents, Stella Boyko and Ted Boyko; her parents-in-law, Hazel and Oliver Blair; and her sisters, Nadia, Nadine and Lucy.
She is survived by: her daughters, Wynne Kerr (Ron) and Kaitlin; her son-in-law Dale (Bertram); her grandchildren, Samantha and Jesse; her son-in-law Bruce (McMillan); her grandchild-in-law Kyle (Alex); her daughter Sandee Blair (Rod Miller); her granddaughters, Julia (Phill) and Rachel; her sister Agnes Swan; and also Pat Blair.
Should friends so desire, donations may be made in Elaine's memory to the Personal Care Home or The Canadian Mental Health Association.
