He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Sally Thomas; his children, Beth, Melanie, Aaron (Alissa), Cheyanne (Nick), Tara and Richard Wescoupe; his great grandchild Marilyn; his siblings, Gary (Shirley), Harry, Audrey, Brenda, Margaret, Malcolm (Rochelle), Archie (Darlene), Judy, Alma and Debbie (Richard); his parents, Harry and Irene; his siblings, Rickie, Walter and Gail Verna; his daughter Colleen; his grandson Travis; his nieces, Deanna, Michelle, Peggy Dawn, Candace and Peyton; and his father-in-law Simon. He was also cherished by numerous nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.
