He was predeceased by: his wife Yvonne Cleutinx; his daughter Marie; his significant other Gerarda Devos; his parents, Joseph Cleutinx and Zoe Cleutinx; his brother Gerard Cleutinx; and his parents-in-law, Adrien, Sarah Goderis, Cecile Saelens (August), Germaine Goderis, Albert Deschouwer, Emile Goderis and Rita Goderis.
He is survived by: his children, Glen Cleutinx, Darlene Cleutinx (Daryl), Noreen Hallick (Joe) and Roxann Cleutinx; his grandchildren, Melonie (Steph), Angie (Mike), Shaune (Lisa), Tylor (Samantha) and Brooke (Scott); his brother Laurie Cleutinx (Marlene); and his parents-in-law, Christiane Cleutinx, Laurent Goderis, Lorette Deschouwer, Louise Goderis, Doreen Landry (Livio), Diane Van Cauwenberghe (Wayne) and Eddie Goderis. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.
