James Esquash Obituary

With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of James Esquash of Swan Lake, Manitoba, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on November 15, 2024. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his wife Florence Esquash (Flo); his son Bruce; his parents, Joseph Esquash and Rose-Marie Esquash; his sisters, Margaret and Dorothea Esquash; his brothers-in-law, Ernest Daniels Sr., Elvis Antoine and Jerry Frisky; his nephews, Joseph Esquash, Chris Esquash and Christopher Esquash; and his niece Cecelia Esquash.

He is survived by: his siblings, Gerald Esquash (Linda), Charlotte Daniels, Yvonne Esquash and Joey Longclaws; his stepson Denis Frisky; and his brother-in-law James Mayner. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, friends.

A wake was held on Thursday, November 21st 2024 at 4:00 PM at the SLFN Cultural Centre. A funeral service was held on Friday, November 22nd 2024 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
