He was predeceased by: his parents, Maria and Cyriel; and his brothers, Omer and Raymond. He is survived by: his wife Denise Sierens; his sister Loretta Joyce; and his sons, Laurence (Claire Carmichael), Robert (Margot Jameson), Glen (Fiona) and David. He is also survived by his many grandchildren and great grandchildren.
