He was predeceased by: his parents, Thorsteinn Kristjanson and Sigridur Kristjanson; his parents-in-law, Kristjan and Phyllis Sigvaldason; his siblings, Magnus, Kristjan, Ingvar, Lara and Gudbjorg; and his half-sisters, Beatrice, Ingveldur, Gudfina and Irene.
He is survived by: his children, Darlene (Norman), Wes (Sheila) and Ross; his grandchildren, Brittany, Aaron (Averie), Jordan and Owen; his siblings-in-law, Josephine Kristjanson, Ellen Martin, Sigurbjorg Finnson, Anna Finnson (Tryggvi), Linda Foster (Ken), Sylvia Gislason, David Sigvaldason (Lee), Eric Rogers, Raymond Sigvaldason, Halldor Finnson, Clifford Gislason and Robert Martin; and his wife Kristin Sigvaldason.
