He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Matthew Phipps and Lillian Phipps; his former wife Margaret Rose Costello of Stonewall; his children, Douglas, Wanda and Bruce; his wife Emily Isbister (Buck) of Stonewall; his grandchildren, Kyle, Jared Phipps, Warren, Eric Truscott, Taylor, Abigail Phipps, Blair, Bradley McDonald, Jake and Victoria Isbister; his great grandchildren, Olivia, Sophie Hudson, Ava, Ella Phipps, Addison, Rowan Truscott, Ethan Phipps, Kady, Lily and Henry McDonald; his stepdaughter Lynn; his granddaughter Sheena; and also, Lynn, Brent, Bob and Janet. He was also cherished by his parents and older sister.
