He was predeceased by: his daughter Shirley Prociuk; his grandson Cory Prociuk; his son-in-law Melvin Troyan; his siblings, John, Nick, Roy, Harry, Pauline and Mary; and his wife Jennie Boyko.
He is survived by: his daughters, Nellie (John Burak) and Pauline Troyan; and his son-in-law Dennis Prociuk. He is also survived by seven grandchildren, 11 great-grandchildren and four great-great-grandchildren.
