He was predeceased by: his parents, Albert and Mary (Twerdun); and his brothers, Ken, Max (Eileen) and Bert (Irene).

He is survived by: his wife Joyce; his daughters, Lisa (Randy) and Diane (David); his granddaughters, Kelsey (Joe) and Holly (Ryan); his great grandchild Emmy; and his sister Edie (Larry).
