He was predeceased by: his grandson Douglas Williams; and his parents, Fritz and Maria. He is survived by: his wife Sophia; his children, Kenneth (Audrey), Barbara (George) and Leonard (Karen); and his grandchildren, Kimberly, Andrea, Kent, Timothy, Lauren and Myles. He is also survived by 11 great grand children.
