She was loved and cherished by many people including: her daughters, Lisa and Tammy Valen; her grandson Anthony Smaldon; her adoptive daughters, Shannon Scott and Lacey Clarkson; her siblings, Myrtle Thompson (Stanley), Albert, Norman, Melvin (Lorraine), Emery Stagg (Cheryl) and William Franklin (Lena); her siblings-in-law, Gloria Anderson (Adam), Brian (Yvonne) and Murray Valen (Norma); her husband Gordon; her parents, John Stagg and Mary Stagg; her siblings, Samuel, Daniel, Leonard, David, Alex John Stagg, Ernest Sumner and Emma Stagg; her parents-in-law, Myrtle and Peter Valen; and her brother-in-law Douglas Valen. She was also cherished by the friends that mom and dad.
