Donat Chartrand Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Donat Chartrand in Stonewall, Manitoba, who passed away on November 14, 2020 at the age of 89. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his wife Jeanette; his parents, Ludovic and Maggie; and his siblings, Norman, Berthe, Therese, Denise, Rita and Patsy.
He is survived by: his children, Marc (Therese), Huguette and Lea Gaudry (Allan); his grandchildren, Tanya (Jody), Jean Claude (Jane), Crystal (Brad) and Courtney (Trevor); his great grandchildren, Taylor (Austin), Ian, Anaka, Beau and Sadie; his siblings, Alfred (Therese), Yolande and Donalda; and his siblings-in-law, Raymond Millar and Paulette Guiboche.
Due to COVID-19 restrictions, a private family service will take place on November 28, 2020, in St. Laurent, with Fr. Paul Tinguely officiating.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to St. Laurent Assisted Living Centre, CancerCare Manitoba, or a charity of your choice.
