He was predeceased by: his parents, Ethal Campbell and John Johnston; his children, David, Christina and Melonie; and his siblings, Dave, Jack, Glen, Mary, Grace, Helene, Doris and Jim.

He is survived by: his wife Lucille; his children, Trevor, Jessica, Bill and Lilla (Robert); his children-in-law, Gerry and Grace; his grandchildren, Jaxon, Hunter, Maxwell (Loretta), Megan (Tyler), Michelle, Sassy (Dennis), Alainia, Cody (Lisa), Casey, Stephanie, Christian, Rachel, Elizabeth, Mary, Victoria, Adrian and Jenny; his great grandchildren, Mikayla, Jazmin, Jeremy, Jake, Aurora, Maximus, Rosalie, Andrew, Jameson and Teddy; and his brothers, Garry and Gerald. He is also survived by numerous brothers and sisters-in-laws, nieces, nephews and friends.
