He was predeceased by: his parents, Peter Brandt and Anna Heidebrecht.
A funeral service was held on Monday, February 5th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the Birchwood Funeral Chapel (162 MB-52, Steinbach, MB R5G 1M1).
He enjoyed working in his large workshop in his basement on Tufnell Drive and built many birdhouses, wooden baskets, napkin holders and various wooden lawn ornaments…many of which he donated to neighbors and friends.
