He was predeceased by: his parents, Abe Hildebrandt and Anne Hildebrandt; and his brother-in-law Brian Dyck. He is survived by: his spouse Stacey Chigol; his daughters, Amy Harms (Karl), Alyssa Ireland (Cody) and Alexis Chigol (Devon); his grandchildren, Mackenzie Harms, Rylie Harms, Noah Dowhan-Chigol and Miles Ireland; his sister Linda Dyck; and his niece Melissa. He is also survived by many friends, especially golfing companions.
