He was predeceased by: his father Dennis. He is survived by: his sons, Adam and Kyle (Hilary); his grandchildren, Ethan and Jamie; his mother Thelma; his stepfather Peter; his brothers, Darrel (Audrey), Russ (Wendy) and Brian (Jackie); and his siblings-in-law, Ken (Marigold) and Lynn (Garry). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
If friends so desire, in lieu of flowers, donations in memory of Phil may be made to Cancer Care – Glioblastoma Research.
