She was predeceased by: her husband Jake Penner; her parents, Diedrich Friesen and Maria Friesen; her parents-in-law, John S. and Maria Penner; her son-in-law Jeff Wiebe; her brother Diedrich; and her siblings-in-law, Helen Friesen, Dick Penner, George Molyneux, Peter Wiebe and Eva Molyneux.
She is survived by: her children, Linda Gross (Daryl) and Darren (Tanis); her grandson Jack; her siblings, Ben Friesen, Esther Wiebe, Lena Klassen (Ben) and Diane Dyck (Harry); and her siblings-in-law, Doreen Penner, Helen Harder (Jake), Henry Penner (Dianne) and Peter Penner (Kathy). She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews, and her many dear friends.
A funeral service was held on Saturday, February 8th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Birchwood Funeral Chapel (162 MB-52, Steinbach, MB R5G1Y1).
