She was loved and cherished by many people including: her father Abram Hildebrand; her brother Abram; her niece Helga; her stepsiblings, Arndt Jr., Henry, Ernie, Anne and Malvine; her children, Rudy, Walter (Angelika Jantz), Linda (Dale Klippenstein) and Irmgard (Irmy); her grandmother Helga; her child Irmy (Stan Lozecznik); her grandchildren, Alexandra, Jake, Adam, Aisha, Mika and Tadeo; her great grandchild Max; her mother Lena Hildebrand Lehn (Arndt Lehn); her stepfather Arndt Lehn; her sister-in-law Tina Hildebrand; her daughter-in-law Sue Nikkel; and her husband Corny. She was also cherished by many friends and relatives.

In recent years, as Covid pandemic control measures prevented in-person gatherings, Helga was a diligent online church attender.
