She was predeceased by: her parents, Ken Mowat and Isabel Mowat; her brother Adrian; her parents-in-law, Cornelius and Anne Fehr; and her brother-in-law George Kehler.

She is survived by: her husband John; her brother Grenville; and her siblings-in-law, Anne Marie, Helen Kehler, Mary, Kathy Fehr, Hilda and Neil. She is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles and cousins.

In lieu of flowers, donations in memory of Heather may be made to Alzheimer Society of Manitoba.
