He was predeceased by: his parents, Katherine Quasso-Giesbrecht and Karl Quasso; his stepfather Diedrich Giesbrecht; his parents-in-law, Peter and Agnes Wiebe; and his siblings, Louis, Charles, Pauline (Alfred Penner), Esther (Neil Penner) and Geraldine (Elden Warkentin).
He is survived by: his wife Lottie Quasso (Wiebe); his children, Laurie Barkman (Chad), Louis Quasso (Cindy) and Dorothy Amond (Victor); his grandchildren, Erik (Kendra), Amy, Tristen, Tyler (Tessa), Ryan and Savannah; his siblings-in-law, Peter Wiebe (Norma), Leonard Dueck and Velma Wiebe; and his nieces, Diane Penner, Kathy Warkentin (Penner) and Edith (Melvin Penner). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
