He was predeceased by: his parents, Ben H. W. and Anna Reimer (Aunch). He is survived by: his children, Peter of Chicago and Jacqueline (David Adkins) of Evergreen, Colorado; and his sister Iris (Mike Nowakowski) of Winnipeg. He is also survived by four grandsons and two nieces.
