He was predeceased by: his siblings, Ivy, Evy and Ron. He is survived by: his wife Rose; his siblings, Lorna and Harvey; his sister-in-law Judy; and his children, Brent, Kim, Janel, Carla, Scott and Jodi. He is also survived by fifteen grandchildren and one great-grandchild.
