He was predeceased by: his parents, Dmytro Matichuk and Maria Matichuk; and his son Jason Matishuk. He is survived by: his wife Nancy; his daughter Leanne Panchuk (Bob); his daughter-in-law Sylvia Matishuk; and his siblings, Alex Matichuk and Anne Woytkiw.
