He was predeceased by: his parents, Ben Penner and Cornelia Penner; and his siblings, Tony, Adina and Eva.
He is survived by: his wife Maria; his children, Erna (Henry), Alvin (Esti) and Ronald; his grandchildren, Vanessa, Billy, Logan, Bianca and Waylon; his siblings, Henry (Jennifer), Ed (Debbie), John (Bonnie), Peter, Mary, Anna (Gerry), Erna (Charles) and Caroline (Gerd); and his sister-in-law Agnes. He is also survived by five great-grandchildren.
