She is survived by: her husband Jordan; her children, Nienna Verity, Eveah Róisín, Cressida Heulwen Lieve and Skandar Pax Barnabas; her parents, Rob Hoffman and Debbie Hoffman; her parents-in-law, Rod and Sharon Dueck; her brothers, Josh and Ben; and also, Jaimee and Kelsey.
