He was predeceased by: his parents, Fedir Gawiuk (Fred) and Tetiana Gawiuk (Harsymchuk); his sister Olga Boychuk; his wife Helen (Lazaruk); and his close friend Verna Goods.
He is survived by: his niece Lynnell Powell (Lazaruk).
Due to Covid 19, a private family and friends graveside service will take place by invitation only.
