He is survived by: his children, Dawn and Brendan; his parents, Don Kohut (Carol) and Lynn Taylor; his siblings, Michael Kohut (Kelly), Jeffrey Kohut, Ryan Taylor and Danielle Taylor; his stepsisters, Donna and Bridget; his nephews, Jadin, Jeramie, Jesse, Jaxon and Issac; his niece Rayne; his close friend Tasha Swaenepoel; and also, Jayda, Ryder, Elyas and Matthias.
